Raisah Cayoga-Mocsin

Local Researcher for Palimbang and Manili

Raisah Cayoga-Mocsin (Local Researcher for Palimbang and Manili) is a Gender and Development Adviser, Peace Advocate, Community Organizer, and a Woman Leader. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and earned a Certificate in Government Management, Government Executive course on Women, Peace and Security and is a passer of the Civil Service Professional Examination. 


Raisah is an experienced lecturer and speaker on gender and development and women and youth empowerment, which positioned her to be the Supervising Planning Officer of the Regional Commission on Bangsamoro Women – ARMM for several years. She is now the Senior Program Manager of Kutawato Greenland Initiatives Inc.,--- a non-government organization that mandates empowerment for women, youth, and community.


As local researcher, she surfaced and helped narrate the unheard stories of the women during the brutal killings in the Malisbong and Manili massacres.
